Board Game Night September 12th in Derby Line, VT

Northern New England Gamers member Bethany and her husband are holding an evening of board games at Derby Line‘s village hall. The fun starts at 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 12th. The hosts plan to bring introductory Eurogames like Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Carcassonne and Pandemic, but encourage all comers to bring their favorite games as well.

Bethany also writes, “This is our attempt to find any other gamers living up in the northeastern part of Vermont. If we get a good turnout, we hope to keep gathering to play games once a month.” It’s great to see more Vermont gamers organizing these casual get-togethers all around the state: Burlington has Quarterstaff Games’ weekly game night, Triple Play of Lebanon, NH frequently hosts board game evenings and now the Northeast Kingdom is getting in on the fun.

For more information about the Derby Line game night, Bethany’s contact information is in the original message — not replicated here to defend against spam — in the NNEG archives.
